Leadership Lowndes Youth is designed for high school sophomores and juniors from public, private, and home schools throughout Valdosta and Lowndes County who want to develop their leadership potential, explore their community, and connect with other emerging leaders.

Leadership Lowndes Youth gives high school students an opportunity to discover their community beyond the classroom while developing the skills, confidence, and relationships that shape tomorrow's leaders.

Through interactive experiences, behind-the-scenes visits, conversations with community leaders, and a shared service project, participants explore what makes Lowndes County work and how they can make a difference. Along the way, they build lasting connections with students from different schools and backgrounds, gaining new perspectives on leadership and their community.
